Notius offers three ways to browse media — a board-level gallery, a per-note gallery, and an embedded gallery for published content.
Board Gallery
The board gallery collects all media from the notes currently loaded on the board and displays them together in one view.
- Click the gallery icon in the right panel to open it
- The gallery reflects the current board view — only media from loaded notes is included
- Useful for quickly browsing all images and files across an entire board without opening individual notes
Note Gallery
Each note with attachments can display its files in a gallery view.
- On the note, switch to view files
- Click the gallery icon to open the gallery for that note
- Shows all media attached to that specific note
Published Gallery
When publishing a note, you can embed a gallery directly in the note content using markup. The gallery is rendered in the published output (
